Highlights from the world of football last weekend..................
Manchester United had to be the first team I mention because they are the hottest team in the world right now the same bracket with PSG and others that have had a perfect start to the season. Morata is beginning to prove his worth, Pep say the premier league is not the toughest but I have never seen him struggle to dominate a league like this since he began his career that's enough tough reasons, or take a look at how tough it has been for Arsene Wenger to take his place as the most experienced manager in England and dominate since he knows the league more than any other. Jose took a lower period of time to bridge the premier league gap between himself and Arsene and if time is not taken Liverpool and spurs might push Arsenal below the Europa spot.

But the highlight of the weekend was definitely how Klops men demolished Arsenal without their best player who might transfer to Barcelona. Arsenal attracted "cowardly" remarks from Vets and Pundits alike because people expect Arsenal to get angry and break back into the top 4 but they showed no fighting spirit even with their star man Sanchez still yet to make a move out of the club, you can not be excused for playing the way Arsenal did if you have the players Arsene does, it not just acceptable. But take nothing away from Liverpool, the ran riots as they are used to, the way they play you cannot pin point a threat because anybody in front can do damage, plus they did not even play their best player but still demolished a top tier team like Arsenal laying a statement that they will cause trouble this season.

Chelsea put Everton in their place and Morata showed why Conte should forget Batshuayi and trust him fully giving a goal and providing the assist for the second goal in a man of the match performance for him!! Wayne Rooney and co were left in no man's land.
Tottenham is lacking the personality to keep a consistent winning streak to complement the level of brilliance in the teams game play but we know that they are the capable underdogs based on their recent showings for the past 2 years. Pochetino just has to raise their confidence in order to get them firing again.
Mancity had a very tough win but Pep is using the champions league to judge the toughness of the league but he obviously did not get the question or he does not want to believe their recent wins are struggle wins but in reality, they are struggling to deliver even if they have 100 to 0 possession. City are very capable of being explosive but we just have to wait and see.

3 wins, 9 points and 10 goals, Manutd are flying high over the wings of the wind, the goals can come from anywhere, and you have to work hard to beat that defence, everything seems to going in their favour but the question now is how long can they keep it going? Right now though they are firm favourites to win the league, people are even going a step further with Champions league but till then.
And lest i forgot King Ibracadabra is back to United, am salivating already.

Real Madrid drew with Valencia but a new home made galactico was on show! Ronaldo was asked who are the young players that can replace himself and Messi and the first name out of his mouth was Ascensio, and this weekend the young star showed us why!! His two goals salvaged a point for Madrid and also providing the fans with breathtaking goals on a night when big money signings like Benzema and Bale went off key. Isco mesmerized but failed to hit the target when he was supposed to but thanks to Zidane giving himself options and letting young lads like Ascensio prove their worth and boy have they repaid him.
Barca just signed a new sensation to their squad Dembele and are still hoping to sign Liverpools Coutinho to fill up the Neymar gap left, but their greatest player of all time got the job done although he missed a penalty but he more than made up for it in Messi style.
Athletico Madrid dismantled their opponents with the likes of Carrasco and Koke on the score shit Greizman was not even on the bench.

Juventus are beginning the season the same way they have for the past 6 years there has been no worthy challenge so we don't expect so many surprises in Italy but Ac Milan is one team to watch out for. The first 5 teams have a perfect start, for now, let's see how far they can go.

Germany too has the usual suspects topping the table but the Bundes Liga in recent years has been springing up surprise packages so you cant rule it out. But most likely Bayern will win it the way Lewandoski rattled his opponent with a 3-minute brace, "EASY'' ...

PSG have the most expensive player and look like they can destroy anybody that crosses their part but am sure Falcao and co will have something to say about that. Teenage sensation Mbappe is touted by PSG which I see as plain bullying but the deal still seems to be pushing through but Monaco are not sleeping as they have delivered flamboyantly in the absence of Mbappe. it remains to be seen where Mbappe will end up plying his trade but the french league is in a place that it has never been before..
